The Innovation First Communication Conclave made me think \u2013 what does Innovation mean, to think outside of the box? It was communication first and then the innovations that snowballed around it. Thinking out-of-the-box means thinking differently. When innovators talk about thinking outside-the-box, they mean coming up with creative ways to solve problems \u2013 new ways to look at things.
